Tracey has over 20 years’ experience of resolving clients’ land and property disputes, whether that involves residential or commercial property.
She was appointed as a Deputy District Judge in March 2019.

Tracey works with a wide range of clients from private individuals and local businesses to large corporates, charities and national associations. She receives a number of referrals from other solicitors and professionals.
Tracey has a wide experience of all property related disputes but has a particular interest in complex disputes over boundaries, adverse possession and rights of way.
She has been successful in the County Court, High Court and Property Chamber Tribunal and she has also been involved in a number of successful mediations, often achieving a more cost effective and less stressful resolution than court proceedings.
