“Thank you so much for all of your hard work and for your excellent handling of my case. I particularly appreciated the kindness, patience and sensitivity you have shown in all of your dealings with me.”
‘I would just like to formally thank you for your help in my medical negligence case. Having spent many months (and money) trying to investigate and learn about how my simple operation exploded into 3 further emergency operations and subsequent neurological damage, I was still struggling to move my case forwards with confidence.
I then had a recommendation and during our first meeting, you impressed me with your medical knowledge and your immediately questioning of the sequence of events, something that had been missing from the other companies I had spoken to. I was left feeling I had the right professional fighting my case and I was now heading in the right direction. I had spent some 10 months trying to find a company that at least sounded like they knew what was required, all-be-it for a relatively small claim. Several major no win no fee companies had already turned me down as they could not earn enough from my claim to make it worth their while. It may have taken several years of effort and not without considerable professionalism on your behalf, that you have now been able to obtain almost 3 times the initial expected compensation/damages. So a big thank you.’ RS - Bristol
