Davies and Partners announce two new Legal Directors
Davies and Partners Solicitors has promoted two of its senior solicitors, Rachel Bowen and Andrew Moodie to the position of Legal Directors.
Specialist medical negligence lawyer Rachel Bowen has worked at Davies and Partners since 2000. Rachel is accredited to the Law Society Clinical Negligence Accreditation Scheme and a member of Action Against Medical Accidents (AvMA) and the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL).
Rachel has experience in a wide range of high-value claimant medical negligence claims including claims involving birth injury, brain injury, surgery, cancer and fatal injury.
Rachel has been dedicated to claimant clinical negligence for many years and has brought many successful claims for her clients. Her cases include the high-profile litigation case brought against Solihull Breast Surgeon, Ian Paterson; Heart of England NHS Foundation Trust and Spire Healthcare.
The second promotion to Legal Director has been awarded to Andrew Moodie who leads the Firm’s retirement and care home team in the New Homes Sales Department.
Andrew joined Davies and Partners for almost 7 years and advises private residential developers and has a comprehensive understanding of the private residential development sector. He has a wide range of experience dealing with property related transactions and acts for developers, registered providers and private individuals in all aspects of development, acquisition, disposal and management of substantial property portfolios.
Andrew has been involved in a number of significant housing and regeneration projects, in particular ensuring the successful development and delivery of retirement villages across the UK.
