Davies and Partners Start 2020 with a Trio of Senior Promotions
Caroline Davies has worked for Davies and Partners since 2017 in both the Land Acquisition and Disposal and Planning departments where she specialises in residential property development. Caroline advises national housebuilder clients in relation to the acquisition and disposal of development land, including the sales of affordable housing.
Kirsten Compton has worked in Davies and Partners successful commercial property department since joining the Firm in 2017 and will head up the growing commercial property team in the Firms Gloucester office. She is renowned for her extensive knowledge and specialisms in sales, purchases, leases and refinancing of commercial buildings. Kirsten advises clients across a variety of business sectors, including manufacturing, engineering, retail, leisure and hospitality.
There are double celebrations for Kerry Raymond, who in addition to being promoted to the position of Legal Director, has also taken over as the Head of Department of Davies and Partners’ Residential Conveyancing team.
Kerry advises a wide range of clients from those moving home or re-mortgaging their current property, to residential property investors adding to their residential property portfolio.
