Business Seminar 6 March - General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR)
What does GDPR - mean for your Business?
Much has been written about the new General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) which come in to force on Friday 25 May 2018. A lot of the publicity around GDPR has been overly dramatic.
However, GDPR Regulations will certainly have an impact on the way businesses must handle all data in future, whether relating to employees, customers or otherwise. An understanding and preparation for the necessary changes now, will prevent potential disasters for businesses after May 2018.
Davies and Partners Solicitors in Gloucester is holding a business seminar on 6 March 2018 that will explain the complex changes that GDPR will bring, as simply as possible, so that businesses can get a real understanding of what action they will need to start to put in place now.
The speaker for the seminar is Nigel Tillott, Davies and Partners Head of Employment and Regulatory Law. Nigel has a unique insight into compliance and regulatory matters and has experience of representing the client's interests when regulations have placed them under the spotlight as well as providing advice to prevent clients falling under the spotlight in the first place!
Client feedback from an earlier Davies and Partners’ GDPR Seminar include:
"Very informative and well presented. Friendly comfortable environment."
"Very informative and useful seminar - thank you! Gives clear indication of what we as an organisation need to start doing."
"Thanks - good length. Great notes."
"Very concise and useful take away material."
The seminar takes place at Davies and Partners’ Gloucester offices in Barnwood on 6 March and begins at 9am and finishes at 11.30 am. Refreshments will be provided.
Davies and Partners retainer clients can attend the seminar for free and all other delegates can book for just £15 + VAT.
