We have extensive experience in a wide range of property disputes including: breach of conditional sale agreements, boundary disputes, restrictive covenants, rights of way, nuisance, trespass, misrepresentation and recovery/retention of deposits on sale of land.
We also handle the complete range of landlord and tenant disputes including disputed applications for new business tenancies, breach of covenant, disputes relating to rent and service charge provisions, repairs and dilapidation, recovery of rent, recovery of possession. Our team has considerable experience and expertise in residential landlord and tenant matters and can provide advice on tenancy agreements and the most effective way to recover possession of residential property.
