Tracy Edwards Partner, Clinical Negligence and Personal Injury
Tracy joined Davies and Partners in 1996 and became a partner in the Birmingham office in 2000. She specialises in catastrophic clinical negligence and personal injury claims, in particular, in children's claims for Cerebral Palsy and head/spinal injury in adults and children although with her wide experience undertakes a variety of other clinical cases.
Tracy manages both the Clinical Negligence and Personal Injury teams in the Birmingham Office. She is an accredited Senior Litigator with the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers.
Tracy is also a member of Headway and a Law Society Clinical Negligence Panel Member. She has undertaken a number of Court of Appeal cases and reported legal cases such as the case of YM -v- Gloucestershire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust [2006] EWHC 820 QB [Periodical Payments and Foundation Trusts]".
