Tom is a very experienced commercial lawyer with particular expertise in mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance and intellectual property. Tom has wide managerial experience having held management appointments in public companies, including at General Management and Chief Operating Officer levels. Tom has particular wide experience in international business having negotiated business in 19 foreign countries spread throughout all continents. Career highlights include briefings at United Kingdom, Government Minister and Prime Ministerial levels.

Tom is currently engaged in advising clients in respect of company mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, intellectual property, shareholder agreements, shareholder buy-outs, intellectual property, capital raising and debt finance.
