Tim joined Davies and Partners in 1995 and became a partner in 2004. Tim is a team leader in the Personal Injury department heading the Bristol team. He specialises in claims arising from industrial accidents, road accidents and injuries at public and private premises.

He also has a particular interest in sports related injuries and the developing area of the calculation of losses arising from injury. Tim is based in our Bristol Office:
