Stephen joined Davies and Partners in 2004. He adds over 20 years' experience in the housebuilding and development sector to our team. Stephen acts for a number of the top ten housebuilders and specialises in dealing with complex strategic land assembly, and the property issues within consortiums and joint venture projects. He also acts for private developers and property investors.

Stephen regularly acts for private landowners, who may be unfamiliar with the development process, successfully to unlock value through arrangements with developers. His areas of practice often involve working closely with others in our team of experts in this sector, particularly planning, construction, company/commercial and plot sales. Stephen is based at the Bristol office.
