Simon Pressdee

Head of Construction team

Simon qualified in 1987 and he joined Davies and Partners in 2007. He has over 20 years experience of litigation and dispute resolution work ranging from Magistrates Court cases, family proceedings, personal injury, employment law and building disputes.

He is past member of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers and until 2006 was a member of the Legal Services Commission's Funding Review Committee and regularly sat at Funding Review Hearings.

He was appointed as head of Davies and Partners' Construction Team in August 2007 and will be concentrating on the contentious aspects of this area of law.
