Richard deals with and has lengthy experience in a wide variety of commercial property work including the drafting of options, conditional contracts, joint venture agreements and leases, the acquisition and disposal of businesses including licenced and hotel premises. He has always handled the residential property work required by his clients and is keen to help any client try and resolve any problems they may encounter on property matters. Richard is based in the Gloucester office.
