Raymond Perry Partner, Land Acquisition & Disposal
Joined Davies and Partners in 1996 and became a Partner in 2003. Main areas of work include property development including site acquisition and disposal on both fixed and variable price agreements, option agreements, conditional contracts, building contracts, collateral warranties, regeneration work, operating agreements, diversion of distribution network assets, wayleave issues, infrastructure regulatory matters and infrastructure agreements. Also advises on consumer credit, shared equity lending, consumer protection and regulatory matters as well as the recent growth in public/private initiatives to encourage growth in the housing market and matters connected with secured lending. Extensive experience in applying the Unfair Terms in Consumer Contracts Regulations in the retirement housing sector. A regular contributor to the legal trade press on matters connected with Property Law and IT, he is based at our Gloucester office.
