Senior Associate, Team Leader, Clinical Negligence

Rachel qualified in 1994 and joined Davies and Partners in 2000. Rachel was made a Senior Associate in 2007; she is also Team Leader for the Birmingham office Clinical Negligence team.

Rachel has substantial experience of a broad range of high value claimant clinical negligence actions covering all areas of both NHS and private medical practice. Rachel is a member of AvMA.
