Assistant Solicitor – Wills, Trusts and Probate

Phillip joined Davies and Partners in 2011 to take up the role of Assistant Solicitor in the Wills, Trusts and Probate team.

Phillip’s case load consists of advising on wills, the administration of estates, trusts, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Enduring Powers of Attorney and Deputyships.

Phillip trained and qualified as a Solicitor at a London based firm. He also attended BPP Law School (London) for two years.  Phillip is based in the Bristol office.
