Paula Joined Davies and Partners in February 2002 becoming a partner in 2006.

Paula specialises in all aspects of land and landlord and tenant disputes. She originally qualified as a barrister in 1988 and subsequently qualified as a solicitor in 2000.

Paula has extensive knowledge and expertise in contentious land and landlord and tenant law and is a member of the Property Litigation Association. She is also an expert in civil procedure.

Paula was appointed to the Law Society’s Civil Justice Committee in October 2011 (click here for further details). She is the author of Civil Procedure, second edition, published by Routledge-Cavendish.  She is a regular contributor to the civil litigation section of the Student Law Review (published by Routledge-Cavendish).

Paula is based in our Gloucester Office.
