Paula Loughlin Partner
Paula joined Davies and Partners in February 2002 becoming a partner in 2006.
Paula originally qualified as a barrister in 1988, and subsequently qualified as a solicitor in 2000. As well as specialising in property and landlord and tenant law, Paula also has expertise in civil procedure, and is the author of Civil Procedure, second edition, published by Routledge-Cavendish, and is a contributor to Practical Civil Court Precedents (published by Sweet and Maxwell) and the civil litigation section of the Student Law Review (published by Routledge-Cavendish).
