Paul joined Davies and Partners in 2011 with over ten years experience dealing with the legal affairs of private and commercial clients.  He advises clients on a wide range of issues including; Wills, Estate and Inheritance, Tax Planning, Probate and Estate Administration, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Court of Protection Matters,Trust Creation and Management and Asset Protection Planning

Paul is based in the firm's Birmingham office.  He regularly holds clinics and delivers presentations and seminars to local community support groups and agencies particularly charities and groups supporting the elderly.
