Mark qualified in 1983 and became a partner with Davies and Partners in 1990. He has extensive experience in advising major housebuilders on land acquisition and development. He has a particular expertise in complex land assembly, acquisition and option schemes as well as consortium and joint venture agreements. Mark is also involved with the disposal of agricultural land and the granting of agricultural tenancies and other work relating to agricultural land. Mark is based at our Bristol office.
