Lorna Lymer

Senior Associate, Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence

Lorna qualified as a solicitor in 1993 and started her career in Birmingham. She joined Davies and Partners as a team leader in January 2003 and became a senior associate in 2007. Lorna deals with all aspects of personal injury and clinical negligence claims. She is a member of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers.

She has a particular interest in clinical negligence claims involving the misdiagnosis of cancer, surgical, orthopaedic and paediatric care. Lorna also deals with dental negligence cases. She has extensive experience of dealing with road traffic accidents claims, including those caused by untraced and uninsured drivers, employer's liability claims and public liability claims. Lorna also represents clients at inquests and advises in cases involving the Human Rights Act.

Lorna is a contributor to Practical Civil Courts Precedents (published by Sweet & Maxwell).
