Julian has been a Partner in Davies and Partners since the formation of the firm in 1988. He has extensive experience in advising major housebuilders on land acquisition and development. He has a particular expertise in complex land assembly, acquisition and option schemes as well as consortium and joint venture agreements. Julian is the overall head of the Land Acquisition Department and is based in the firm Gloucester office.
