Joy returned to Davies and Partners in January 2007. Joy had previously trained with Davies and Partners and on qualifying in April 2002 she became a member of the personal injury team. Since then, Joy has worked in national firms in Bristol and Cardiff before returning to Davies and Partners.

Joy is an accredited Litigator with the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers and has extensive experience of dealing with employers liability, stress at work, occupational disease, public liability, RTA. She also handles clinical and dental negligence cases.

Joy has a thorough working knowledge of the court system, having conducted her own interlocutory hearings and in preparing cases for the County Court, High Court and Court of Appeal.
