Head of Residential Conveyancing

Jo joined Davies and Partners in 2006 and is Head of the dedicated Residential Conveyancing Department for the firm. Jo is based in the Bristol office and is a Chartered Legal Executive.

Jo specialises in all aspects of residential sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity in both freehold and leasehold. She also has extensive experience in assembling and the structure of bespoke residential development, creation of rights of way, granting new leases as well as working closely with the Probate and Matrimonial teams acting in the sale of deceased estate properties and matrimonial home sales.
