Gillian joined Davies and Partners in 2007 from a firm where she was Partner and head of the Bristol Office. She has over 20 years experience as a highly successful claimant clinical negligence and specialist personal injury lawyer.

Gillian has a national reputation for her work. She is on the Action against Medical Accidents (AvMA) referral panel and is a member of the Law Society's Personal Injury panel. She was a founder member of APIL and its first treasurer.

Gillian is Chair of Headway the brain injury association, and part time chairman of the Appeals Tribunal.
