Gareth Price is a highly experienced employment tribunal advocate. He has successfully represented many clients in bringing and defending claims in Employment Tribunals and County Court. He very much enjoys the cut and thrust of advocacy.

Gareth recognises that a Court or Tribunal appearance is not always in the client's best interest and disputes between employers, employees or former employees are best resolved by negotiation and agreement. Gareth takes time to understand a client's needs and objectives and evaluates the strengths and weaknesses of an issue, together with an appraisal of what can be achieved in both the financial and non financial aspects of a case. He is committed to presenting his advice to clients in a clear, unambiguous and jargon free manner.

Gareth recognises that prevention is better than cure in employment cases and is a skilled draftsman of employment contracts, company handbooks and a variety of employment documents. If these documents are implemented consistently the client can save considerable amounts of time and inconvenience by avoiding the need to deal with litigious employees.
