Ewan joined Davies and Partners in 1993 becoming a partner in 1995. Ewan is a member of the Law Society's Clinical Negligence accreditation scheme, is on the Action against Medical Accidents (AvMA) referral panel and is an APIL senior litigator.

Ewan has more than 20 years experience in all areas of clinical negligence. More recently he has specialised in the more complex legal areas within the medical sector focusing on cases involving catastrophic injury and fatal accidents including advocacy at inquests. He has developed the Clinical negligence department at Davies and Partners into one of the largest Claimant departments in the country.

Whilst Ewan practices predominantly in clinical negligence he also undertakes professional negligence work, catastrophic personal injury claims and complex commercial disputes.
