Associate, Wills, Trusts and Probate

Elizabeth joined Davies and Partners in 2004. She is an Associate in charge of the Wills, Trusts and Probate Department for the firm. She advises on inheritance tax planning, wills, the administration of estates and trusts.

Her work also encompasses advice on Enduring Powers of Attorney, Lasting Powers of Attorney and Deputyships. She is a member of the Society of Trusts and Estates Practitioners.
