Anita, qualified as a Solicitor with Welsh Health Legal Services, a Defendant firm specialising in Clinical Negligence and Personal Injury, before joining Davies and Partners in April 2000.

Anita has specialised in clinical negligence for over 7 years and now acts exclusively for Claimants. She has extensive experience in a broad range of complex clinical negligence claims in both the County Court and High Court, relating to orthopaedic surgery, general surgery, fatal accidents (including preparation for Inquests) and infant approval settlements.

Anita is based in our Bristol office.
