Davies and Partner's Senior Clinical Negligence Solicitor Louise Austin is celebrating gaining an LLM (Masters Degree) in the Legal Aspects of Medical Practice.
Louise has been studying part time for the Masters at Cardiff University in between her work commitments, as one of the team at Davies and Partners Solicitors in Bristol. The firm's dedicated clinical negligence team is one of the largest in the South West.
Gaining the Masters required a considerable commitment from Louise, as she had to produce a series of major essays and write a final 20,000 word dissertation before qualifying.
Commenting she said, "Gaining the Masters whilst working on a busy case load takes a real commitment. However, I really enjoyed studying the different areas of medical law and I know that all the study will prove to be invaluable in my future work for the team and our clinical negligence clients."
