As part of the continued expansion of its dedicated family law department, Davies and Partners Solicitors has appointed two new solicitors to its specialist team.

As part of the continued expansion of its dedicated family law department, Davies and Partners Solicitors has appointed two new solicitors to its specialist team.

David Bain, who previously worked for 10 years at John Hodge Solicitors in Bristol city centre joins the firm as Associate.  David will be using his 30 years of experience in family law and private client litigation to support clients in a wide range of family cases including contested and uncontested divorces, Nullity, financial and property applications and disputes about arrangements for Children.

In recent years David has been much involved in the specialist area of surrogacy, which has become a developing area of the law.

Also joining Davies and Partners’ family team is Assistant Solicitor Jennifer Pollock who joins having completed her two year training contract with the firm and subsequently qualifying as a solicitor in September 2009.

In her new role, Jennifer is specialising in divorce, civil partnerships, separation and cohabitee disputes.

Davies and Partners has developed a large, dedicated team of expert family lawyers over the last few years, including two key senior appointments of Partner Mike Follis and Associate Karen Reynolds, who both joined the team in 2007.

The expansion of the family team has enabled Davies and Partners to continue to develop its strong reputation for family law work across the region, which has been built around its personable and client focused approach to family cases.
