Davies and Partners Solicitors began trading in Gloucester on 1 April 1988. Within the next three years, further offices were opened in Bristol and Birmingham. In subsequent years, through undertaking legal work to the highest standard, both turnover and staff increased tenfold, making Davies and Partners one of the leading Law firms in the regions. 

In October 2012, the firm opened a new West End, London office, following a successful merger with McEwen Parkinson based in Harley Street. This move enabled the firm to achieve its objective of expansion into London and the South East and to build on the success of the long established offices in Birmingham, Bristol and Gloucester. The West End office provides an important resource for existing clients and enables the expanded team to provide the same high quality legal services offered to clients for over 25 years, to new clients in the London and the South East.

Davies and Partners has a national reputation for property and related work such as planning, property litigation and construction and for its specialism in clinical negligence.

The firm has additional strengths in corporate and commercial work and in further commercial services such as employment, compliance and fraud, asset recovery and dispute resolution.

Traditional practice areas of residential conveyancing, family, personal injury and wills and probate have not been overlooked. The firm also has a specialist agricultural and rural business service which includes equine law.
